BRANCH PRESIDENT Lt col. Andy Charlton Lt col. Charlton spent most of his Regimental service with 2 PARA progressively as an A Coy Platoon Commander, Mortars Officer, D Coy Commander and Battalion 2 I/C. He also managed to slot in a period as Adjutant 1 PARA. Mixed in with these positions were many varied training and Staff postings before becoming Regimental Lt col. for two years in 2003. He is currently working in the Ministry of Defence. Lt col.
